2013 – 2016 Spaces for contemplation

After many years of exploration in realistic painting, the need arises to work from the form, get out of the representation of the narrative image and start a new language from abstract constructions. All this with the parallelism of a personal search through a Buddhist meditation called Vipassana, which is learned in a 10 day retreat in isolation and total silence, meditating 8 hours a day, where all the attention is focused on the mind and in the sensations of the body.
