Mi interés por expandir la pintura hacia el espacio se ha vuelto cada vez más constante. Concibo el acto pictórico como una construcción de espacios donde la luz interviene de distintas maneras y transforma aquello que percibimos. Explorar diversos soportes y materiales me permite incorporar fenómenos de la realidad al proceso pictórico, trascendiendo los límites de la representación.

My interest in expanding painting into space has become increasingly central to my practice. I conceive of the act of painting as the construction of spaces in which light intervenes in different ways, transforming what we perceive. Exploring diverse supports and materials allows me to incorporate phenomena from the physical world into the painting process, transcending the boundaries of representation.
