La serie Puntos de mira toma como referencia las mirillas utilizadas para enfocar un objetivo y dirige la atención hacia el acto mismo de observar. En estas obras incorporo materiales como grafito, tinta, papel y barro, este último como una evocación del cerebro y de su capacidad de transformación a lo largo de la vida, estrechamente vinculada con la atención.
A través de estos materiales, exploro la expansión de la pintura hacia lo escultórico, buscando dar cuerpo al tránsito del lenguaje y el pensamiento hacia la materia. Las obras se convierten así en un espacio donde la percepción, la atención y la transformación material convergen.

The Points of Aim series takes inspiration from sights used to focus on a target, turning attention toward the very act of observing. In these works, I incorporate materials such as graphite, ink, paper, and clay. The latter evokes the brain and its capacity to change throughout life, a process closely connected to attention.
Through these materials, I explore the expansion of painting into the sculptural realm, seeking to give physical form to the passage of language and thought into matter. The works thus become a space where perception, attention, and material transformation converge.
